Step 1: Download the Mobile App
Download the official control app based on your smartphone's operating system:
- Android Users: Download directly from the Google Play Store.
- Apple / iOS Users: Download from the Apple App Store.
Step 2: Turn on Phone Connections & Grant Permissions
Before launching the app, configure your phone settings:
- Turn on your phone's Wi-Fi and connect to your local home network.
- Turn on your phone's Bluetooth.
- Open the app and grant all required permissions (including Bluetooth and device/location access) when prompted. This is essential for the app to find your water heater.
Step 3: Power On the Water Heater
Turn on the unit's electrical switch or plug it securely into the power outlet.
Note: Active electrical power is required for the device to broadcast its pairing signal.
Step 4: Scan and Pair Your Device
- Open the app and navigate to the device-scanning or Bluetooth section.
